15. Governing Law, Venue, and Service of Process

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes shall lie in the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, USA. You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum. Jury Trial Waiver: You waive any right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law. No Class Actions: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity. Registered Agents Inc. acts solely as our registered agent for service of process in the State of New Mexico and is not authorized to receive routine customer or privacy inquiries. 16. Changes to the Website & Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Website at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, Sections 7–15 and 18 survive.

18. Miscellaneous
